Browser Issues

It has been made aware to me that this page does not display properly in IE. Grrrr. I have set the default background color to black, so that if it is not loading the background image properly (which ONLY IE seems to have a problem with), at least the text is not the same color as the background. I will look into this, and see if there is a simple way to deal with it. I use Mozilla at home, and Netscape 4 at work. Both of them work fine. Anyone use any of the alternative browsers? If you have any problems viewing this page, let me know.
